1. Digital-Only Products
All items sold through Neat French Cleat are digital files (DXF and in some cases SVG and Lightburn plans). You receive instant access the moment checkout is complete—nothing physical is shipped.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Because digital files can’t be “un-downloaded,” we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once your payment is processed and the download link is supplied.
3. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. By purchasing a digital product from us, you expressly agree that:
- Delivery of the digital content begins immediately after payment, and
- You lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download starts.
This consent is collected via a mandatory checkbox at checkout.
4. Faulty or Corrupted Files
If any file is defective, corrupted or incomplete, email alan@neatfrenchcleat.com within 14 days of purchase. We’ll send a fresh copy at no extra cost. If we can’t supply a working file, you’ll receive a full refund.

Need help opening, scaling or cutting a file? Visit our Help Centre or browse our YouTube tutorials. We’re happy to answer setup questions, but we can’t offer design customisation or machine troubleshooting.
