How Delivery Works
Every order is delivered digitally, right away. When your payment is confirmed, you will see an instant download link on the order confirmation screen, and the same link is emailed to you immediately. You can also log into your account on this site and find your files under Orders and Downloads at any time.
No Physical Shipping
Nothing is printed, packaged, or mailed. Because every product is a digital file, there are no shipping costs, no shipping carriers, and no delivery estimates to track. Your files are ready as soon as checkout is complete.
If You Don’t Receive Your Files
First, check your spam or promotions folder, since download emails sometimes land there. If you still can’t find your files, contact us at alan@neatfrenchcleat.com and we will get you sorted out right away.
